Founder and CEO
Rodney Foxworth, Jr. is founder and CEO of Invested Impact, a nonprofit social innovation and venture philanthropy organization. Previously, he was deputy director of the Warnock Foundation and held management positions with BMe (Black Male engagement) and Job Opportunities Task Force. Rodney is also a 2015 Next City Vanguard Urban Innovator.

Rodney has extensive experience advising, leading and developing innovative social impact initiatives and workforce and economic development programs. He collaborated with Maryland Out of School Time Network and Open Society Institute-Baltimore to launch Emerging Leaders, a fellowship for grassroots youth development leaders, and co-founded the Baltimore Social Enterprise Network. Rodney serves on the board of directors of Thread, Inc. (Vice Chair), Baltimore Food Hub, Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance, and Fusion Partnerships. He is also featured in “Reach: 40 Black Men Speak on Living, Leading and Succeeding,” a book edited by former NAACP President and CEO Ben Jealous.
